If you enjoy using the Google Photos app on your iPhone or iPad, the latest update to version 2.14 is one that you will indeed relish having on your iOS device.

The search engine giant is a fan of rolling out secret updates to the Google Photos app and the latest upgrade is no different. The steady upgrade of the app has now brought the ability to stream Google Photos library to big-screen TVs regardless of whether they are using an Apple TV or Chromecast.

This update has been coming for quite some time and now that it’s here, it should indeed be a blessing in disguise for iOS users as it not only let them wirelessly transmit their photos to Apple TV on the same network, but also videos stored in their Google Photos app.
