HTC will be unveiling at least three smartphones this Q1 2017, but the names of the phones have remained elusive to the tech world.
The company has an event set to be held on January 12, but there is still no confirmation with respect to the device (s) to be unveiled at the event. Nonetheless, reports coming in tend to suggest that the new devices coming in will be a new HTC 11, the successor to last year’s HTC 10, a midrange by the name of HTC One X10, also a successor to the One X9, as well as a new 6-inch phablet known as HTC U Ultra.
Apparently, the teaser to the HTC event that will be held next week has a big “U” on it, something that has led pundits to believe that the latter, the HTC U Ultra, will be unveiled at this event. Just recently, notorious leaker Evan Blass came in with a report claiming that the HTC One X10 will be released this Q1 2017 alongside the HTC 11.
In a new development, renowned HTC developer @LlabTooFeR has leaked details of the upcoming HTC trio. According to the leak, the HTC One X10 has been codenamed Alpine while the HTC 10 successor has been dubbed HTC E66. As for the larger HTC U Ultra, it has been codenamed HTC Ocean Note.

As for the HTC One X10, expect a 5.5-inch phone that is powered by an MT6755 processor, a 16.3MP rear camera and 7.9MP front camera. On matters HTC 11, the flagship will carry flagship specs and features, among them a 5.5-inch QHD screen alongside a Snapdragon 835 SoC, just to name but a few.
