Deal Alert: Amazon India has Huge Moto G4 and Moto G4 Play Offers
You know it is approaching the end of the year when deals start showing up here and there. Just after the Black Friday and Cyber Monday craze, major retailers are not yet done with throwing in random offers for some of the best devices of 2016.
If you live in India and are in search of a decent Android phone, you are one lucky person. Apparently, Amazon India has an amazing discount on the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Play handsets. The price of the former has been slashed for both 16GB and 32GB models while the latter is subject of a cash back deal.
Usually, the base model of the Moto G4 costs Rs. 12, 499 whereas the high-end 32GB variant has a price tag of Rs. 13, 999. In the latest move, Amazon is now selling these two phones with Rs. 2,000 off, meaning you get the entry level Moto G4 at just Rs. 10, 499 while the other model costs Rs. 11,999.
These are good savings for a phone that boasts some of the latest specs and features. Keep in mind that the Moto G4 is a midrange handset, but you will love the roomy 5.5-inch display screen on board, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 SoC, a RAM of 2GB, a rear snapper of 13MP and front camera of 5MP as well as the huge 3000mAh battery on board.
If this is still too costly for you, Amazon India is also offering the entry-level Moto G4 Play at an even better discount. Priced at Rs. 8,999, buying the Moto G4 Play at this same price will earn you an Amazon Gift Card worth Rs. 1,000.
Being the entry-level model, the Moto G4 Play comes with similarly entry-level hardware specs. You get a smaller 5-inch display screen alongside a weaker Snapdragon 410 SoC. However, the RAM stays at 2GB while the storage is limited to 16GB only. The back of the G4 Play has an 8MP snapper and the front comes with a 5MP snapper. To keep it alive, Motorola went for a decent 2800mAh battery.
Since Amazon India has not specified when these deals will be coming to an end, it is better to rush in and take advantage of the offer while it still lasts. Also, the deal does not involve the high-end Moto G4 Plus.
